Cancellation Policy

We value your business and our therapists & Doctors time and commitment. We humbly request that the following policy be respected as our therapists are dedicated to being there for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us up to 8am and no later on the morning of your scheduled appointment.

Our Consultations are complimentary, however, for a no-show or no-confirmation on any appointment scheduled we will note a $50 Cancellation fee to your account OR charge your on-file credit card that day. You will be notified of this charge on the day of the missed appointment.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you can be properly checked-in and any necessary paperwork can be completed. In the event you arrive late, the following apply:

  1. Up to 15 minutes late – Your service will be shortened or altered to accommodate for the allotted time, without a reduction to the service price.
  2. More than 15 minutes late– You will be considered a “No Show” and you will be charged the no-show fee.

It is not the responsibility of BodyLab Med Spa to remind you or notify you of your scheduled and upcoming appointments via automated text and email notifications that are delivered to clients that have opted in to receiving one or both. It is your responsibility to verify that you are opted in with a correct phone number and email address. We are not responsible for undelivered notifications.

Return & Refund Policy

Spa Services –We strive to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction with spa services provided. We will do our best to remedy any service that was not performed correctly. We do not provide refunds for spa services performed.

Refunds – We do not offer refunds, account credit, discounts, or exchanges for rendered or expired services, used pre-paid service packages, memberships that have realized benefits, purchases from specials/promos, or any other pre-payment of services that has expired. Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offers or promotions, unless specifically expressed.

Expiration Dates – All pre-paid services have expiration dates. If an expiration date is not listed for a pre-paid service at the time of any purchase, the expiration date is 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates/cards do not have expiration dates.

Spa Gift Certificates/Gift Cards – We do not process returns or reimburse any payment made with a gift card. The gift card value can be used toward a BodyLab Med Spa service or retail product. Gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed as cash. We are unable to retrieve lost gift cards in our system and we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards must be presented in order to be redeemed. Please indicate possession of a gift card when making your appointment. A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card. We do not issue or accept Spa Finder gift cards or any other third-party gift card. Gift cards cannot be used by recipient to make purchases online, or book & pay online. Physical gift cards must be presented at time of check out.

Privacy Policy

BodyLab Med Spa does not sell, distribute, or disclose any personal information about its clients or employees. BodyLab Med Spa securely stores your credit/debit card using the most recent PCI standards for your protection.
