Service Description

Since your body doesn't make vitamin B12, you have to get it from animal-based foods or from supplements. And you should do that on a regular basis, because your body doesn't store vitamin B12 for a long time. With age, it can become harder to absorb this vitamin.

Cancellation Policy

We request that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill the appointment time with another patient. You may cancel by phone or online. If we do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours we assume the right to cancel your appointment.
